Finally got Apartment Life to work....except I can't get a community lot to load. As soon as they get there, the new wants/fears roll and it boots me out. Bah. Otherwise, this EP is really fun! I'm still miffed it has been such a pain to load but the witches are awesome. I turned the Cordial sisters into good and bad witches, hehehe.
On a related note can anyone I sent music to recently upload and send me it back? This just came back up which is helpful but if anyone has the Italian OST can I get it again please D8?
Looks like next door have put up firewalls and I am having issues downloading things now. Moo. I shall have to make sure the boys nag enough for us to get our own internet, this connection is slow and crap anyway. On the plus side, we get our own net and I can go on XBox Live x3~
So yeah, music. You know what I like. The weird, the random and a lot of foreign stuff. I really want my Annie Lennox, Sophie B. Hawkins and Melissa Etheridge back, so if anyone has those I would appreciate it beyond words.

I am so goddamned fed up of hearing about Russell Brand and Jonathan Ross.
Yes, what they did was priggish and really stupid and obviously upset Andrews Sachs. HOWEVER, hearing it as "the BBCs top news" over the span of the past few days is making me very, very angry.
If his granddaughter had been a simple girl, say a teacher or office worker or similar? Yes, by all means, fire the fucks and make sure they go down in the flames of ignominy along with Radio 2's chairman and the producer who let it go on air as it was pre-recorded as she didn't deserve any of it.
Except she isn't. She is a glamour model who is now using the publicity to sell her story to the tabloids and spread her naked tits all over the country's media.
I don't care at all who Russell Brand is sleeping with. I really don't and if he wants to be a total arse and call the girl's family to tell them he fucked her over and over? Free speech. She hasn't denied sleeping with him so it isn't like you can sue him for libel. Horrible thing to do, but well within the law.
I just don't wanna hear about it while I'm trying to eat my damned dinner. Or ever for that matter.
The only winners here are Sach's granddaughter and Channel 4 who seem to be amused by the whole thing and are plugging Russell's new show with glee. If I wasn't so disgusted by the whole affair, I'd take Channel 4's approach.
The top news today should never have been this. It should have been the return of the 2nd paras who today marched and held memorial services for the fifteen brave soldiers they lost in Afghanistan. My feelings on the war are my own and I am not discussing them, but like it or no, these men DIED serving their country and the BBC put them behind this fiasco? ON THE NATIONAL NEWS?
Not only that, they played it as "news just in" for the updates no one cares about as "a statement has been released by the BBC" as if it wasn't their own company that pays Ross £18 million a year.
It is sickening.
I'm all for TV being less censored but this is just ridiculous.

Marlene has been amusing me today playing music at work. Dave didn't seem to notice that she was playing London Bridge (Oh shit) really loudly. We're now onto her Shania Twain.
I'm working six days this week and next week but then after that I don't have have to do it for a month.
I get some peace and quiet tonight as long as Cesar doesn't bust out the guitar, if he does I may have to garotte him with the e-string.
Doing the late shift today (DX) so I don't get out of here until 5.30 EST which blows. I hate the late shift coz I still have to leave about the same time so all it does is add time to my workday.
Trying to get a couple of my lesser-used muses active again coz I'm getting a drop itch for the ones who get little interaction...then of course they went and managed to get recent interaction. I'm conflicted :\
I want them active or gone. I get too sentimental about muses, I really do. MA!Ume has been irritating me a bit lately coz I got him active for a bit then he kinda died off again. Hes hit on too many of the current male muses for him to have much to field right now. Manwhore.
I don't wanna drop him but I shouldn't hold onto him just for that reason alone. Last ditch effort. If he doesn't get active again; hes getting the chop. I feel like I'm keeping some muses just for other people and thats not really fair on me, but we'll see how it goes.
OOC day over there might help and the upcoming plot at template might help boost a couple of my quiet muses there.

Yes, I am also niennasilimaure at both LiveJournal and GreatestJournal. The latter I rarely, if ever, update and the former I am only staying with due to a permanent account and a few communities I am often active in.
However, this is my new home and base of operations ~
